The PCT Workforce Development Training Program combines classroom learning & clinical hands-on training, all while being a full-time PAID employee at CentraState Medical Center. To be considered for the program, you must first interview and be hired as an employee. After 1 year, employees are eligible to sit for the National PCT certification test.
