CentraState Medical Center is currently seeking an Annual Giving Coordinator to support the mission of the Foundation through a variety of professional assignments. This role plays a vital part in advancing fundraising efforts, engaging donors, and ensuring the success of annual giving initiatives that help sustain and enhance CentraState’s commitment to high-quality healthcare and community programs.

Responsibilities

  • Implements annual giving programs via email, direct mail, phone/mail, and personal visitation.
  • Team Member appeal – encourages team members to take part by giving to causes that they care about within CentraState.
  • Works with established appeal committee to create a different theme each year and strategies on reaching the participation and dollar amount goals to reach and exceed those set in the previous year.
  • Peer to Peer Annual Appeals – identifies third party opportunities to support CentraState. Works with the local schools to encourage them to consider CentraState as the beneficiary of their fundraising efforts. Encourages team members and committee members to host fundraisers to benefit CentraState. Provide support when third party fundraisers are established.
  • Physician & Allied Professional Appeal – executes plan to solicit annual support from physicians and allied professionals associated with CentraState.
  • Grateful Patient Program Implementation – creates acquisition and retention grateful patient mailings from the patient census and foundation database on a semiannual basis. Assists in making presentations to recognized team members and improve awareness of the program to CentraState department heads, managers, and team members.
  • Produces timely stewardship reports to donors – provides information and updates relative to donors chosen area of giving and updates on CentraState (annual report). Maintains information on donors to offer them opportunities to further engage with our cause.
  • Annual Appeals: Direct Mail/Crowdfunding – Acquisition, Renewal & Stewardship, Nurses/Doctors, MoforNovember & Coins for Kids – third Party appeals
  • Implements Circle of Friends Wall software, tracking and content updates.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred. 
  • 3 years or more of professional non-profit experience required.
  • Must have excellent communications skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive and work well with others in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be self-motivated, creative, and have ability to set priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to organize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and problem solve.
  • Computer Skills; Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint).
  • Raisers Edge Database experience a plus.
  • Canva experience a plus.

Compensation Range: $60,450.00 - $96,720.00 annually

 

The compensation above reflects the established range from CentraState Healthcare System (CSHS) for this position at the time the job was posted. CSHS considers many factors to determine compensation, including education, experience, skills, licenses, certification, and training. As such, team member compensation may fall outside this range.

 

Additionally, the compensation range reflects base salary and does not include extra shift rates or incentives tied to quality, productivity, etc., as applicable.

 

The benefits outlined also reflect CSHS’ policy at the time of posting. Benefits as are made available to other similarly situated team members of CSHS, although participation is at all times in accordance with and subject to the eligibility and other provisions of such plans and programs.
