Responsibilities

  • In collaboration with the Talent Sourcing Specialist, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and pipelines that attract and identify passive, top talent.
  • Ensure adherence to the selection process and accuracy of data in applicant tracking system (iCIMs).
  • Provide superior customer service and candidate experience.
  • Create and maintain a business partnership with hiring managers by working proactively and cooperatively to understand requirements, determine needs, and establish strategies to successfully fill positions.
  • Work collaboratively with department managers to select the best candidate for each job. Is timely and responsive to managers' needs.
  • Interview and assess candidates (phone screens and in-person) using behavioral, competency-based interviewing techniques and tools.
  • Proactively source, access, interview, and hire qualified candidates. This includes posting jobs, networking and sourcing across multiple candidate development channels, pre-screening resumes, interviewing candidates both on the phone and in person and advising hiring managers throughout the selection process.
  • Make offers of employment to internal and external candidates following HR and compensation policies and procedures.
  • Ensure Applicant Flow, Job Folders, and sourcing/reporting are in compliance with OFCCP/EEO guidelines and internal SOPs.

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Must have at least four (4) years experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
  • Two (2) years of sales and/or agency staffing experience is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and in a timely manner in order to build strong relationships with potential recruits, current applicants, and hiring managers.
  • Advanced demonstrated proficiency in using an Applicant Tracking System, preferably iCIMS.
  • Advanced demonstrated proficiency sourcing active and passive candidates through all available channels (including LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Job boards, networking events, Facebook)
  • Must be a proactive self-starter who thrives on exceeding objectives.
  • Must be excited and able to flourish in an environment that requires juggling multiple projects.
  • Excellent follow-through, sense of urgency, ability to work on their own and be self-sufficient.
  • Demonstrated experience in an environment of multiple and changing priorities.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills. Superb communication skills.

 

Physical Demands

Sitting; typing; filing; standing; walking; pushing, pulling, lifting up to 40 pounds on occasion.
