E-mail Recruitment Team


Provides clerical, reception and administrative support to the Foundation department.

  • Coordinates event mailings including all materials and mailing lists.
  • Performs general office support as required.
  • Interacts with CentraState staff, volunteers, donors and the general public; responds to inquiries and provides information related to Foundation matters.
  • Prepares letters for solicitation mailings.
  • Researches new donor prospects.
  • Assists with special events in the production of materials and by attending events.
  • Accurately updates donor information in Raiser's Edge database.


  • Associate's degree required.
  • Equivalent training in general business and secretarial skills may be substituted for Associate's degree.
  • Three (3) years of clerical experience required.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm.
  • Comprehensive computer skills required including advanced knowledge of word processing and spreadsheets.
  • Good writing ability to compose business correspondence and reports.
  • Knowledge of business math.
  • Strong professional, organizational, and interpersonal skills to effectively relate with all members of the healthcare team.


Physical Demands

Sitting; typing/filing; standing/walking; reaching at or below waist/above shoulder; bending/climbing; stooping/kneeling; lifting up to 40 pounds.
