The Credentialing Coordinator under the supervision of the Manager of Medical Affairs coordinates and processes the credentialing of new applicants for Medical Staff membership and/or privileges in accordance with the Medical Staff Bylaws and Departmental Rules and Regulations so as to assure the maintenance of qualified practitioners who provide patient care in the hospital. The Coordinator notifies applicants and Hospital personnel of action(s) taken per established Departmental policies/procedures.
Work Schedule is 8am-4pm Mon-Fri, flexibility is required.

CentraState Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist. The Clinical Pharmacist provides quality pharmaceutical services to patients, physicians, nurses and other health professionals in accordance with established professional standards. The Clinical Pharmacist assists Clinical Coordinator with daily operations and clinical services.
Under the direction of the Manager, Customer Service and Supervisor, Customer Service, serves as a customer service representative within the Patient Accounts Department. Handles incoming telephone calls from patients concerning billing and insurance while maintaining customer service standards. Works within the department to assist in general patient accounts functions.
The PCT Workforce Development Training Program includes classroom learning, clinical hands-on training, and full-time PAID employment at CentraState Medical Center. The initial orientation lasts 3.5 weeks, scheduled 8AM-4PM from Monday to Friday. Once orientation is completed you will start working on a designated unit as a PCT in 12hour shifts (7-7:30), for a minimum of 1 year. After 1 year, employees are eligible to sit for the National PCT certification test. Starting rates: $22/hour plus shift differential!

Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides skilled technical assistance to licensed professionals by performing assigned duties and services required to deliver quality patient care. Provides basic nursing care and assists patient with activities of daily living.
Performs a variety of maintenance and engineering duties. Works independently to analyze and correct complex problems, determines manpower, material needs and deadlines for jobs or projects. Serves as lead to a group of Maintenance Mechanics on assigned projects, teaches trade skills to other Mechanics, and reviews the work of outside vendors to report on discrepancies. Additionally required to perform duties of Maintenance Mechanic I and Maintenance Mechanic II.

Inpatient Phlebotomist
The Inpatient phlebotomist draws patients on hospital inpatient nursing units, One-Day Surgery Dept., Pre-Admission Testing and Short-Stay unit. When the hospital is experiencing a patient surge, a phlebotomist(s) may also be assigned to the Emergency Room.
The Inpatient phlebotomist draws blood on admitted patients. There are three shifts: 5a-1p, 1p-9p and 9-7am. The 5a-1p inpatient phlebotomist is expected to draw 25-30 patients on early morning rounds. This includes routine, STAT and ALERT draws. Inpatient is a fast-paced, customer-focused environment with high patient volume. The ability to work well within a team of phlebotomists is required. Communicating often and effectively with your team is essential. 1 year experience; ASCP-certified phlebotomy technician is preferred.
