Provides assistance and support to the Activities Department in running daily activities for the residents. Helps plan and implement a diverse calendar of activity events. If an employee holds a Valid N.J. Driver’s License or a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), he/she may be required to assist in driving facility bus or facility car.

Sets up electrical and hemodynamic transducers, calibrates, obtains and records angiographic data, assesses continuously and attends to patient needs, administers medications, assists in arterial and venous blood sampling, mentors new staff, monitors patients vital signs, participates in life-saving measures. Follows established standards, Joint Commission, and CSHS policies and procedures. Monitors cardiac patients. CentraState Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist. The Clinical Pharmacist provides quality pharmaceutical services to patients, physicians, nurses and other health professionals in accordance with established professional standards. The Clinical Pharmacist assists Clinical Coordinator with daily operations and clinical services.
The Credentialing Coordinator under the supervision of the Manager of Medical Affairs coordinates and processes the credentialing of new applicants for Medical Staff membership and/or privileges in accordance with the Medical Staff Bylaws and Departmental Rules and Regulations so as to assure the maintenance of qualified practitioners who provide patient care in the hospital. The Coordinator notifies applicants and Hospital personnel of action(s) taken per established Departmental policies/procedures.
