Emergency Department (ED) Nurse Care Manager is responsible for establishing, coordinating, and maintaining the process to optimize patient throughput to the most appropriate level of care while facilitating interdisciplinary care across the continuum. The Statesir Cancer Center at CentraState Medical Center is seeking an Oncology dedicated Social Worker. The Cancer Care Center Social Worker provides psycho-social support counseling and advocacy services to assigned patients and families as needed.

Provides diagnostic and therapeutic services, patient/family counseling, and appropriate referrals as necessary to all inpatients and outpatients exhibiting a speech, language, hearing or swallowing disorder.

Supervisor Pharmacist provides quality pharmaceutical services to patients, physicians, nurses and other health professionals in accordance with established professional standards. Assists Pharmacy Manager with daily operations.
