Evaluates nutrition needs of the patients/residents and plans appropriate intervention based on current medical and nutrition status. Provides nutrition education to patients and residents as health care personnel as conforms with and is accepted by the AND (Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics) standards with constraints of Joint Commission, CMA, and NJ state health regulations.
Assures that all patient menus are correct and adjusted according to specific diet orders and that all menus are present and recorded. Provides food counts to Production.
Per Diem: Wednesday, Friday, and every other weekend 11:30am-7:30pm

LPN provides skilled nursing by performing assigned duties and services required to deliver quality resident care. Follows established standards, Department of Health and Senior Services, and CentraState policies and procedures.
Rates range based on experience: $31/hr. to $37/hr. plus applicable shift differential.
Administers nursing care to assigned Residents that is in accordance with ANA standards, the NJ Practice Act, Joint Commission and established hospital and Nursing Department policy and procedures.
Provides physical therapy to inpatients and outpatients to assist them in regaining physical or mental function and/or to adjust to handicaps.

CentraState Medical Center is seeking a Monitor Technician to provide skilled technical assistance to licensed professionals by performing assigned duties and services required to deliver quality patient care. Follows established standards, Joint Commission, and CSHS policies and procedures. Monitors cardiac patients. A patient focused care model utilizing a multidisciplinary approach is used as the method to deliver care in the department. Attends system-wide orientation and nursing orientation.
Provides assistance and support to the Activities Department in running daily activities for the residents. Helps plan and implement a diverse calendar of activity events. If an employee holds a Valid N.J. Driver’s License or a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), he/she may be required to assist in driving facility bus or facility car.
Schedule:
Plan, teach and coordinate a program of recreational, educational and creative arts activities for residents of the facility, performed in cooperation with residents, staff and community resources. Share responsibility for scheduling transportation runs and driving residents on these scheduled runs. Assists the Activities Director with care planning and departmental documentation. If an employee holds a Valid N.J. Driver’s License or a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), he/she may be required to assist in driving facility bus or facility car.
